We build and market Grid, an AI-powered workplace-intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through this website (vaayum.tech).

We collect only the minimum necessary for the purposes described below.

Contact form submissions

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we receive the information you provide: your name, work email address, company name, and message. We do not collect any other personal information unless you choose to include it in your message.

Server logs

Our web server automatically records standard access logs — including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit — for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.

Google reCAPTCHA

Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, including your IP address and browser characteristics, and sends that data to Google for analysis. This collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and its terms of service. We use reCAPTCHA solely to protect the integrity of our contact form.

• To respond to your enquiry. We use the name, email address, and message you submit to reply to you and address your questions about Vaayum Technologies or Grid.
• Security and anti-spam. Server logs and reCAPTCHA data help us detect and prevent unauthorised access, abuse, and automated threats.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Service providers we rely on

To operate this website and deliver our services, we engage the following categories of service providers, each acting on our behalf and under appropriate data-protection safeguards:
